Dear readers..! Today we are posting a photo of Zoya Sikandar living in Bangalore. Zoya has recently done Marster in Computer Sciences. Now she is going to start her professional life. She has joined famous a Software Company of Bangalore.

Everyone knows that having the ability to embrace diversity and incorporate change quickly is one of the greatest determining factors of success for companies today. In particular, more wormen in India are occupying top management positions that’s why Indian government always tries to encourage the girls students and provides much more facilities. India is going at the top in the field of IT. For Information Technology field Indian government is providing computer education facilities in all over the country. It is very impressive thing that Indian girls are standing just side by side with the men in this field. For higher education most of Indian girls chose IT subjects because they aware that, if once they enter in the field of IT they will feel 100% satisfaction about their professtional life. On the other side if we see, an IT professional can get much earing through his field and it is good sign for Indian girls that they can complete their dreams through this field.
