Archana Gupta is a Mumbai based Model and South Indian Actress. She made her acting debut in Telugu film ‘Andamaina Manasulo’. She made her Kannada debut in the film ‘Circus’, opposite Ganesh, which was released in mid of January 2009, the film did not do well at the box office. In 2008 she was also work in a hindi art movie ‘Saancha’.
After Shilpa Shetty, Bipasha Basu too has come out with her fitness DVD titled ‘BB Love Yourself’. The first release from Bips will be Fit & Fabulous, a do-it-yourself DVD devised for a 25-minute workout which promises to cut fat and tone up muscles.
Bipasha Basu, who has always been a fitness freak says, “Love yourself is my philosophy in life, hence the brand’s name. Kangana Ranaut seems to be on seventh heaven as she wins the National award for best supporting actress in Fashion at the 56th National awards announced on Saturday.
An elated Kangana said, “There’s a mini-celebration in my house, though my parents were crying when they heard about it. At 23 I seem to have cracked the highest cultural award for the country. What more can I do? I should just pack up and go back to my home in Himachal now with my parents.”
Not only her parents, but her fans too are overjoyed at her achievement. In fact, a Delhi-based fan of hers, Sameer, sent her a huge gift hamper to congratulate her for her National Award win. The hamper contained three boxes – one that had 22 wine bottles, one with 22 cakes of different types and sizes, and one with 22 accessories like earrings, bangles, bracelets, etc.
Attached to the gift hamper was a note from the fan which read, “22 because you are 22-year-old and a National Award is no mean achievement at such a young age.”

Zarine Khan had been kept under wraps throughout the making of ‘Veer’, but with the film about to release, more and more is coming of Zarine. It has been known that Zarine was put on a chocolate diet for months to give her a fuller look for the role of Princess Yashodhara in the movie where Salman Khan plays the warrior Prince Veer. Zarine piled on eight kilos in just three months.
When asked, Zarine says that acting was not something which she was very keen on. She says, “I always aspired to be a doctor but financial constraints didn’t let me pursue my dreams. Fate had something else in store for me and I ended up signing small modeling assignments. I didn’t even in my wildest dreams thought I would become an actor. “
She further adds, “However being an actress, I think now I can accomplish my other pursuit of becoming a doctor as well.”
