Vaneeza Ahmad

Vaneeza Ahmad popularly known as Vinnie is one of the top Pakistani models. In April 2008, Vinny was one of the few Pakistanis to run with the Beijing Olympics torch when it visited Islamabad. She has also launched her own fashion brand, known as V- Lawns.
Her career in fashion led her into acting. She has starred in many different television serials but her biggest role was in ‘Jinnah’, playing the daughter of Pakistan’s founding father Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Vaneeza is often heard saying: “I could lie about it and say I’m in this field for the love of art. But I admit that I’m doing it for money.”
Vaneeza Ahmad has earned herself a reputation of being the most famous and sought-after female model and celebrity in Pakistan. Initially interested in medicine with a degree in psychology, she joined modeling as a casual hobby only to be become the face of some of the leading brands in Pakistan. She is probably the most photographed model in the country and has done shoots or shows for almost every, if not all, designers in the country.
When Nilofer approached Vaneeza, she was unsure of which career to pursue and settled for fashion modeling. Her initial walks at fashion shows led fashion critics to praise her elegance on the cat-walk. Aaminah Haq

‘Aaminah Haq is a Pakistani supermodel and actress. Arguably one of the most photogenic ally beautiful Pakistani models and actresses, she is most famous as a Lux beauty, and for her role in the television drama Menhdi, and has most recently been studying at King’s College London, England, in Medicine.

In mid-2008, the actress-model finally became engaged to Ammar; the two had been good friends for quite a while by then.

Over the years, Haq has acted in a number of Urdu, dramas, which have won her repute and established her as an actress of quality. Her serials such as Chaandni Raatain and Ghulam Gardish have been well received, and the larger majority of watchers have deemed Haq’s appearances in them to be exceedingly beautiful and attractive, even when they felt that her acting left much to be desired.

Haq has done a few international commercials, notably in Canada and was interviewed by ‘French Vogue’ and also did a centerfold for French Vogue. Haq was also on the panel of judges for the International Model Pageant. Haq is the only model who has been a Lux Girl for the past 7-8 years.
